Semmes Municipal Park

The Semmes Municipal Park is located at 8165 Morris Hill Road. The Park opened on June 29, 2016. The municipal park consists of a playground, Splash Pad and the Admiral Semmes Disc Golf Course that surrounds a pond that you can fish (catch and release only)

There are five different pavilions you can rent for a fee of 25.00 an hour with a minimum of two hours. Each pavilion has two picknick tables, trash cans and 110 electrical outlets– please refrain from plugging in more volts/amps than the electrical plug(s) can service. Two of the pavilions located on the disc golf side of the park have grills available. There are no grills on the pavilions on the playground side. (call the Parks and Recreation Coordinator if you have any questions). To rent any of these pavilions you will need this application.

Pavilion #1

This is the only pavilion that is handicap accessible. It is east of the splashpad in the gravel area.

Pavilion # 2

This pavilion is located in the very back of the playground area of the park.

Pavilion # 3

This pavilion is located directly behind the splash pad and is well shaded

- Parties at the pavilions are first come first serve unless you have a reservation. For reservations call (251) 649-8811
- No parties are allowed at the splash pad pavilion; only at the 2 playground pavilions or the 2 disc golf pavilions
- No city employee will be available for helping with setup or cleanup after the party.
- NO personal grills are allowed at this park
- Pavilion rental is limited to group of 50 persons or less
- No changing diapers on in the pavilions – please use the
  changing table in the restroom
- No illegal, disruptive, destructive or inappropriate behavior is
  allowed
- Handicap accessible Men’s and Women’s bathrooms are available
  on site
- Not Available for night use
